How long does sign-up take?

Just a few minutes. PayJustNow verifies your contact details quickly and their team reverts within minutes so you don't miss out on your purchase.

Do I need a credit card?

Not necessarily. You can use a Visa or Mastercard debit card or credit card, as long as it is issued in South Africa and in good standing.

What is my spend limit?

Your spend limit is set at sign-up based on your profile and is personalised to you. It may increase over time as you build a good repayment track record with PayJustNow.

Can I pay an instalment early?

Yes. Log in to your PayJustNow account via their website or app and make the payment early. Early payments may also help boost your spend limit.

What happens if I miss a payment?

You have 24 hours after a missed payment to manually make the payment by logging into your PayJustNow account and going to the My Orders tab. If the payment is not made, PayJustNow will reprocess it weekly and charge a late fee each time. The total of these fees will never exceed 25% of your original transaction value. Is my information secure?

Yes. PayJustNow has strict controls in place to protect your data. They never store your card details directly and will never share your information with third parties. See their Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I increase my spend limit?

Build a strong repayment track record and PayJustNow will increase your limit over time. They'll notify you when your limit increases.
