Description
The Onesto 50 A 2P 3 kA Mini Circuit Breaker is a robust and reliable solution for safeguarding your electrical circuits from overloads and short‑circuit faults. Designed for residential, light‑commercial, or heavier‑load installations, this dual‑pole breaker is ideal for circuits requiring 50 A protection — such as power outlets for large appliances, heavier socket circuits, sub‑circuits for workshops or kitchen appliances, and other high‑current applications.
With 50 A rated current and a short‑circuit breaking capacity of 3 kA, this breaker ensures that any abnormal surge or fault current is safely interrupted, protecting wiring and connected devices from damage or fire risk. The thermo‑magnetic tripping mechanism ensures prompt response to both overloads (slow thermal trip) and short‑circuit events (fast magnetic trip). The 2‑pole configuration disconnects both live and neutral (or both phases where applicable), providing full circuit isolation and enhancing user safety during maintenance or fault conditions.
-
Type: Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), Double‑Pole (2P)
-
Rated Current (In): 50 Amps — suitable for higher‑current single‑phase circuits requiring 50 A protection.
-
Poles / Configuration: 2‑pole — disconnects both live and neutral conductors (or both phases where applicable), offering full circuit isolation.
-
Breaking Capacity (Icu / Ics): 3 kA — capable of safely interrupting overloads or short‑circuit fault currents up to 3000 A.
-
Voltage Rating: 220 V AC (standard domestic supply) — suitable for typical residential or light‑commercial single‑phase installations.
-
Tripping Curve / Characteristic: C‑curve (thermo‑magnetic) — appropriate for general-purpose circuits, balancing sensitivity and tolerance for inrush currents.
-
Mounting / Form Factor: DIN‑rail mount (standard 35 mm rail) — easy installation in distribution boards / breaker panels.
-
Protection Provided: Overload protection & short‑circuit protection — safeguards wiring and connected devices from electrical faults.
-
Typical Applications: Suitable for heavier socket circuits, power outlets for larger appliances, sub‑circuits requiring 50 A dual‑pole protection in residential, light‑commercial, or small industrial installations.
