Description
The Onesto 63 A 3P 3 kA Mini Circuit Breaker is a heavy-duty, triple‑pole protective device designed for robust three‑phase or multi‑phase electrical installations. Its 3‑pole design ensures that all live conductors are disconnected simultaneously — providing full circuit isolation and enhanced safety, especially for three‑phase loads or multi‑phase wiring systems.
With a 63 A per-pole rating and a short‑circuit breaking capacity of 3 kA, this breaker is engineered to handle high‑current demands and reliably interrupt overloads or fault currents, protecting wiring, connected equipment, and appliances from damage. The “C‑curve” thermo‑magnetic trip characteristic makes it versatile — protecting general- and heavy‑duty circuits while tolerating typical inrush currents (such as from motors, compressors, or inductive loads).
-
Type: Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB), Triple‑Pole (3P)
-
Rated Current (In): 63 Amps (per pole) — suited for high‑current three‑phase or heavy-duty multi‑phase circuits.
-
Poles / Configuration: 3‑pole — disconnects all three live conductors simultaneously, providing full three‑phase isolation and enhanced safety.
-
Rated Operational Voltage (Ue): 415 V AC (typical for 3‑phase systems) — compatible with common three‑phase supply installations.
-
Breaking Capacity (Icu / Ics): 3 kA — capable of safely interrupting overloads or short‑circuit fault currents up to 3000 A.
-
Tripping Curve / Characteristic: Curve “C” (thermo‑magnetic) — suitable for general-purpose circuits, balancing protection with tolerance for inrush currents (motors, inductive loads, etc.).
-
Mounting / Form Factor: DIN‑rail mount (standard 35 mm) — allows easy installation in distribution boards, 3‑phase panels, or breaker enclosures.
-
Standards & Ratings: Compliant with relevant MCB standards for 3 P circuit breakers (as per Onesto product line documentation) — suitable for domestic, commercial, and light industrial installations.
-
Protection Provided: Overload protection & short‑circuit protection — safeguards wiring, connected equipment, and entire circuits against fault conditions.
-
Typical Applications: Heavy‑load three‑phase circuits — e.g. three-phase motors, machinery, sub‑panels, commercial/industrial power distribution, large equipment requiring 63 A per phase protection.
