Description
This resin-filled cable joint kit provides a fast, reliable, and long-lasting method to join or repair low-voltage cables. The joint uses a two-part polyurethane resin - simply mix and pour into the mould shell for a secure, waterproof, and electrically insulated connection. It's ideal for domestic, commercial or light industrial wiring projects where cables need secure splicing, extension or repair. The kit is suitable for PVC, XLPE, EPR or rubber-insulated cables with copper or aluminium conductors. The joint shell is re-enterable, allowing maintenance or rework if needed.

- Compatible conductor / cable cross-section range: 50 mm to 95 mm (suitable for 2-, 3- or 4-core cables depending on variant)
- Provides excellent electrical insulation, moisture sealing and mechanical protection - joint becomes watertight (both longitudinally & transversely).
- Flexible polyurethane resin that accommodates slight cable movement / vibration, with good chemical, UV and abrasion resistance.
- No heat or flame required for installation - simple "mix in bag" resin system supports clean, safe installation, even on-site.
- Transparent or semi-transparent mould shell (depending on type) allows visual confirmation of correct cable placement before casting.
